The
Surgeon Mr. R Thakur, MS (Gen Surgery), FRCS and MRCOG, has six years of
training in General Surgery and Urology in the United Kingdom and is a Specialist
Surgeon with the NHS.
Mr. Thakur has worked for ten years in the infertility service and had been on license to carry out IVF over this period. He has acquired in depth knowledge of Female and male infertility.
His experience has been gained over a period of fifteen years of doing major operations.
Dr Thakur has been specifically trained in Microsurgical Vasectomy Reversal at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA with Dr Siemionow, shown below.
He has also trained in No-Needle, No-Stitch, No-Scalpel vasectomy procedures
at Cornell University, New York with Dr Philip Li, one of the pioneers of
this specific and highly specialised methods of surgery.
Additionally,
Dr Thakur has had specific training for the No-Needle technique with Dr
Ronald Weiss, pictured left, in Ottawa, Canada and also training in the
latest microsurgical technicques at St Mark's Hospital in London. The picture

at St Mark's.
Apart from Dr Thakur, the medical team consists of a Assistant Surgeon,
Anaesthetist Consultant, Anaesthetic Nurse, Theatre Nurse and Health Care
Assistant.
